All Lerner Faculty and Staff,
The spring semester will soon be upon us, and it is time again to reserve your use of Lab 022 and Lab 028 for the Spring 2007 semester. Many faculty members have already begun their planning for the semester and submitting their requests. This is very helpful in scheduling the use of the lab classrooms in a timely manner. I will begin accepting and posting reservations to the lab classroom calendars upon receipt.
Should you require a reservation for Spring 2007 please begin to submit your requests immediately via email. Requests should be date and time stamped no later than C.O.B. Friday January 26th, 2007 (Spring). Requests should include the exact dates, times, course numbers, software apps you will require, and the intended use (i.e. Testing or Lecture).
In keeping with the lab reservation guidelines which have been established, these requests will be handled according to priority guidelines listed below. All requests will be posted and confirmed prior to the first day of winter and spring classes. It is imperative that all conflicting requests be resolved prior to the first day of classes –Monday February 5th, 2007 (Spring). As of these dates, the lab reservation calendar will be finalized and no changes will be made without approval of the respective Department Chair and the Lab Coordinator. Faculty whose requests have been posted to a lab classroom calendar will be considered to have priority in that time slot upon confirmation, unless otherwise stated. Faculty are responsible to verify their requests have been added to the calendar correctly from their Outlook(email) application at >Public Folders> All Public Folders> College of Bus. & Econ.> 022 or 028 Purnell Lab Classroom.
Should there be any questions or concerns in requesting, scheduling, posting, or confirmation of a request at any time, please do not hesitate to contact Sheldon Demby, Lab Coordinator (x6483).
